In a collaborative learning environment, the goal is to bring together the key people and help facilitate the best conversations possible around key topics that will bring about significant and long-lasting impact into the activity of the companies and organizations the participants are part of.

Our time together is divided between:

presentation of key, relevant, concise content around the chosen area for change.

processing, discussing, and learning from the diversity and richness of experiences present in the room.

planning the way forward for each of the participants based on where they are at, and where they would like themselves to be.

The main advantage of a collaborative process is that it starts with the end in mind (what needs to change), brings in the key people who are willing to create that change, allows these people to learn from each other and finally, everyone leaves the room with an action plan  they are all held accountable to.
